Training

Enhancing skills, mindset, and confidence to excel in placement interviews

Training

At the placement cell, students undergo numerous training activities conducted by experts that help them build a strong foundation for their career selection process. These sessions equip students with the right skill sets, mindset, and composure required to crack even the toughest placement interviews.

Placement training enables students to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and its real-life application in professional environments, preparing them for industry challenges.

It also familiarizes students with job responsibilities, placement activities, and includes mock tests like Torsion that sharpen their abilities and highlight areas for improvement. Students are encouraged to register with employment forums.

Below are the various training activities conducted by the placement cell before campus interviews:

Pre-placement Talks

Placement Cell briefs students about companies, roles, and opportunities offered.

Written Test

Aptitude tests are conducted to evaluate students and provide guidance for improvement.

Group Discussion

Students participate in discussions to build confidence and communicate effectively.

Technical Interview

Mock technical interviews assess academic knowledge and improve subject clarity.

Formal Interview

Students are evaluated on goals, motivation, and overall personality development.
